Privacy Policy.

Account details (name, email, phone, password — stored hashed, never in plain text), your driver or business profile information, jobs, applications, quotes, messages, and files you upload such as a photo, CV or truck photos.

Public driver profiles show your first name and last initial, state, licence class, years of experience, availability and — if you're an owner-driver — your equipment. Your phone number, email address, full name and CV are never shown publicly.

A business can only see your contact details and CV after you have expressed interest in their job and they have unlocked your application. We record that unlock.

To run the marketplace: matching drivers with jobs, sending notifications about interest, quotes and account activity, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls. Uploaded documents live in private storage and are served only through short-lived, signed links.

You can edit or remove your profile details at any time, or ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing connect@haulyx.com.au.
