+Is Haulyx free for drivers?
Yes. Creating a profile, browsing jobs, expressing interest and submitting quotes are all free for drivers.
+What do businesses pay for?
Nothing right now — HaulyX is free while we're in beta. Posting jobs is free and you get unlimited applicant unlocks, so you can view contact details and message drivers at no cost. We'll give plenty of notice before any paid plans start.
+Who can see my phone number or email?
Nobody by default. Public driver profiles show your first name and last initial only. A business can only see your contact details and CV after you've expressed interest in their job and they've unlocked your profile.
+What is an Owner Driver / ABN contract job?
It's work for drivers who supply their own truck and invoice under an ABN. These jobs use quotes instead of a simple expression of interest, so you set your own price.
+Can I upload photos of my truck?
Yes. Owner-drivers can add truck type, configuration, trailer types, capabilities, operating areas and photos in the Equipment section of their profile.
+Can businesses edit or delete a job?
Yes. Jobs can be edited, closed or deleted at any time from the business dashboard.
+Do I need an ABN to register as a business?
Yes — a valid 11-digit ABN is required to create a business account.
